Rachel Axt, PA-C

Rachel Axt, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant specializing in Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) care. She provides comprehensive care for sinus, allergy, and general ear, nose, and throat conditions at Arizona Breathe Free.

Rachel Axt earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Des Moines University. Her clinical experience includes orthopedic trauma, plastic and reconstructive surgery, and aesthetic medicine.

Throughout her career, she has worked closely with patients from initial consultation through recovery, gaining valuable experience in patient education and continuity of care.

Rachel is passionate about providing compassionate, high-quality care and building meaningful relationships with her patients. Her experience supporting global health initiatives in rural Uganda reinforced the importance of empathy, service, and patient-centered care—values that continue to guide her approach today.

She believes in listening carefully to each patient's concerns, providing clear education about treatment options, and helping patients feel informed and confident in their care.

Rachel provides comprehensive ENT and sinus care, including:

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys reading, planning her next travel adventure, and spending quality time with her family. She is also fluent in French and spent a year living in France after completing her undergraduate studies, where she taught, traveled, and immersed herself in the local culture.
