Liz Casis-Flores, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in otolaryngology (ENT), where she provides comprehensive care for patients with sinus, allergy, and general ear, nose, and throat conditions.

Originally from Las Vegas, Nevada, Liz is a first-generation Panamanian American who is deeply committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and went on to complete her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Touro University Nevada.

Liz began her clinical career in primary care, where she developed a strong foundation in diagnosing and managing a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. During this time, she built particular expertise in patient education and preventive medicine—skills that continue to shape her approach in ENT care today.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Liz is able to effectively communicate with a diverse patient population, ensuring that each patient feels heard, understood, and confident in their care plan.

In her ENT practice, Liz focuses on evaluating and treating conditions such as chronic sinusitis, allergies, nasal obstruction, and other common ear, nose, and throat concerns. She emphasizes a personalized, evidence-based approach, combining clinical expertise with clear communication and collaborative decision-making to help patients achieve lasting symptom relief and improved quality of life.

Liz believes that exceptional care begins with listening. She takes the time to understand each patient’s unique concerns and goals, creating a supportive environment where patients feel comfortable asking questions and actively participating in their treatment.

Outside of the clinic, Liz enjoys staying active and exploring hiking trails around Phoenix with her dog, Gwen. She also values spending time with her husband, discovering new restaurants, traveling, and connecting with family and friends.
